This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate to gain experience in data transformation, data mapping, and problem-solving within the healthcare industry.

\nSelected individuals will work within our client’s Technical Operations team, initially focusing on processing a significant backlog of incoming client data files, mapping fields, applying transformation logic, and ensuring data can be successfully imported into our client’s systems. As project needs shift, you'll also help troubleshoot member registration and eligibility issues using established procedures and team guidance.

\nResponsibilities:
\n
\nInitial Focus: Data File Transformation & Configuration \n\n\t- Review client implementation tickets containing file specifications, mapping requirements, and configuration instructions.
\n\t- Use a visual, AI-enabled platform to map fields, reformat data, and apply transformation rules.
\n\t- Perform operations such as combining or splitting fields, reformatting data, modifying values, and applying conditional logic.
\n\t- Check data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies.
\n\t- Troubleshoot basic mapping and configuration issues and escalate complex problems when appropriate.
\n
\n
\nSecondary Focus: Registration & Eligibility Support \n\n\n\t- Investigate and troubleshoot member registration issues during peak enrollment activity.
\n\t- Identify potential issues involving eligibility files, registration records, or system configurations.
\n\t- Apply established troubleshooting procedures and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.

\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n\t- Recent graduate in data analytics, business, information systems, finance, accounting, or a related field, or at least one year of relevant experience.
\n\t- Experience reviewing, manipulating, validating, or transforming structured data.
\n\t- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, including the ability to understand relationships between data fields and follow multi-step transformation rules.
\n\t- Ability to work with data files, recognize inconsistencies, and identify potential errors.
\n
\n\n
\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\t- Previous experience as an Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, or Technical Support Analyst.
\n\t- Familiarity with SQL concepts, data mapping, ETL processes, or data transformation logic.
\n\t- Experience working with CSV files, Excel, or other structured data formats.
\n\t- Experience supporting software implementations, client onboarding, or file-based integrations.
\n\t- Familiarity with healthcare eligibility, enrollment, claims data, or EDI transaction sets (e.g., 834, 837, etc.)
\n\t- Experience using AI-assisted tools to analyze information or solve technical problems.
\n\t- Experience using ticketing systems and collaboration tools such as Slack.

\nRate: $30-35/hr W2
