We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee underground utility installation projects involving water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems on commercial, industrial, civil construction, and treatment plant projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Foreman who thrives in the field, enjoys leading crews, and takes pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.</span></p>\n\n<p><br>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Lead and supervise crews of pipelayers, laborers, and equipment operators</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents and Project Managers</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Read and interpret civil drawings, utility profiles, grades, and elevations</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Oversee excavation, trenching, pipe installation, bedding, backfilling, and testing</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Operate and assist with excavators, track hoes, loaders, and compactors as needed</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Ensure OSHA compliance, trench safety, and overall jobsite safety</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Track production goals, labor hours, equipment usage, and material quantities</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Maintain communication with inspectors, subcontractors, and other trades on site</span>\n</ul>\n\n<p><br>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">10+ years of experience as a Pipe Foreman or Senior Pipelayer</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Strong background in underground utility construction</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Experience installing:</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP)</span>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">PVC Pipe</span>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">HDPE Pipe</span>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Hydronic Piping Systems</span>\n\t</ul>\n\t\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Experience setting grade and managing utility alignment</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Proven leadership and crew management skills</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Ability to safely operate heavy equipment</span>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0px;\">Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity</span>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<em>Genesis Staffing provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
